These terms govern your use of Aria, operated by Nocode Solutions. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Aria builds an AI profile of your business (your Business Brain), generates social media content, and, with your authorization, schedules and publishes it to your connected social accounts. AI-generated content can be imperfect; you are responsible for content published in your name, including content published on Autopilot. Review Mode is available if you want to approve every post first.
Your accounts and content
- You must own or have authority over the social accounts you connect.
- You own the content Aria generates for your business, and you're responsible for ensuring it complies with each platform's rules.
- You grant us the access needed to operate the service: generating, storing, and publishing your content and reading its performance metrics.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) bill monthly or annually through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.
- Each plan includes a monthly Post Budget and platform limit; unused budget doesn't roll over. "Unlimited" plans are subject to a fair-use cap of 300 posts per month.
- Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
- First-time subscriptions carry a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund.
- If a renewal payment fails, publishing pauses until payment is resolved. Your data is not deleted.
Acceptable use
Don't use Aria to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive (including undisclosed paid promotion where disclosure is required), infringing, or that violates the rules of the platforms you post to. We may suspend accounts that do.
Service changes and availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and third-party platforms can change their APIs in ways that affect features. We give at least 6 months' notice before price increases to existing subscribers.
Liability
Aria is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
