You can have your Aria account and every piece of data associated with it permanently deleted at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email jarorodriq@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account", or
- Use the account deletion option in the app's Settings.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials.
- Your business profile, Business Brain, and all Brain versions.
- All generated content (posts, images, carousels, video scripts, flyers) and your content library.
- All performance data fetched from your connected platforms.
- Your connection to social platforms via our publishing partner (Upload Post), which revokes Aria's access to those accounts.
Deletion completes within 30 days of the request. Content already published to your social accounts stays on those platforms. It's yours, on your accounts, and is unaffected.
Data received from social platforms
If you connected an account via a platform login (for example Facebook or Instagram), this page also serves as the data deletion instructions required by that platform: request deletion by either method above and all data Aria received from that platform about your account will be erased within 30 days.
