Aria ("we", "us") is an AI social media management service operated by Nocode Solutions. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what happens to it. We've written it to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email and password (stored by our authentication provider, Supabase; we never see your password).
- Business information. The name, industry, description, audience, brand colors, and website you provide during onboarding. This is what Aria's AI uses to build your Business Brain and generate content.
- Connected social accounts. When you connect Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, or YouTube, authorization is handled by our publishing partner Upload Post. We store which platforms you've connected and account display names, never your platform passwords.
- Generated content and performance data. The posts Aria creates for you, and engagement metrics (reach, likes, comments) fetched from your connected platforms so Aria can learn what works.
- Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist, just your email address.
How we use it
- To generate and publish social media content on your behalf. This is the core service.
- To improve your results: performance data feeds your Business Brain so future content gets better.
- To notify you about your account (posts published, content ready for review, payment issues).
- We do not sell your data, use it to train shared AI models, or use one customer's data for another customer.
Who processes your data
- Supabase. Database and authentication.
- Google (Gemini). Your business information and content briefs are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate text and images.
- Upload Post. Publishes content to your connected social platforms and returns performance metrics.
- Dodo Payments. Billing, as merchant of record. We never store your card details.
- Resend. Transactional email.
- Cloudflare. Hosts this website and provides privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.
Cookies
This marketing site sets no tracking cookies. The Aria app uses only the session cookies required to keep you signed in.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays as long as your account is active. Cancelling your subscription keeps your Business Brain and content intact so you can return; you can request full deletion at any time. Seedata deletion. Waitlist emails are deleted once the waitlist ends or on request.
